Queen Mother Pendant

This exquisite Queen Mother Pendant honors the influential role of Asante queen mothers in ritual, politics, and identity. Crafted with care, it represents the fusion of motherhood and political strategy in the matrilineal kinship system. A powerful and meaningful addition to any collection.

This pendant is handcrafted in the lost wax cast brass tradition. Each piece is first formed in beeswax, then covered in hard clay. The clay pieces are heated in a handmade stone oven and the brass is poured into the void created by the beeswax.
